These types of annuities are called immediate needs annuity is or care funding plans

The general principles are exactly the same as other annuities the only main difference is that there is no tax to pay on the income payments.

These annuities are designed for older people who are in a residential or nursing home and consequently it is important that all of their health information is provided to obtain the highest annuity rate.
